This page relates to only those products included in Annex II of Retained Regulation 2019/1793 which are subject to control of the aflatoxin contamination risk.

There are products listed in Annex I of this Regulation which are also subject to aflatoxin controls at import. However, the import requirements for Annex I products are different to those for products listed in Annex II.

Products processed from the food and feed stated below, and some compound foods containing any of the food listed below in a quantity above 20% of either a single product or as a sum of those products and falling within the CN codes laid down in Table 2 to Annex II, are also covered by the requirements of Retained Regulation 2019/1793.
