IMPORTANT FOR EU IMPORTS: ENSURE CERTIFICATES ARE ALIGNED WITH NEW DEFRA GUIDELINES

DEFRA have issued detailed guidance on how certificates for raw poultry meat (model certificate GBHC330 here GBHC330 POU Poultry meat (POU) v1.3 Jul-24 (publishing.service.gov.uk) and meat products (model certificate GBHC352 here GBHC352 MP-PROD Meat products for human consumption (MP-PROD) v1.2 Oct-23 (publishing.service.gov.uk)) should be completed.

The guidance is particularly important for imports from the EU where several member states are regionalised on animal health grounds.
