MCP reminder that LPD printing no longer supported through Destin8
Effective September 1st 2023, LPD printing via Destin8 is no longer available.
We’d like to remind all customers that any physical prints previously received directly from Destin8 will now be delivered via email. To ensure a seamless transition, customers must have an associated email address linked to their Destin8 badge(s) for continued receipt of Destin8 notifications.
You can access your current configuration, including email addresses and LPD printers, through the Transaction COR feature in Destin8.
If your badge is currently exclusively associated with an LPD printer, we urge you to contact the Destin8 Helpdesk urgently to request the addition of an email address. Likewise, if you possess an email address that is no longer in use, kindly reach out to the Helpdesk to update and configure the new email address.
Note, the Destin8 Helpdesk email address has changed, please send all requests to help@mcpplc.com
