Further information regarding the pre-notifications of Certificate of Inspections (COI) and Plastic Declaration Documents (PDDs)

PHILIS DES (Document Entry System) is a system designed to generate pre-notifications to inform the Port Health Authority of Imports for COI (Organic) and PDDs (Plastic Declaration Documents) consignments coming into a designated Port.

Users will be able to complete the pre-notification form, upload any supporting documents and submit this to the Port Health Authority.
If you are already registered to use PHILIS Online, you can access PHILIS DES using your existing login details, there is no need to re-register.
