QUICK RESOLVE FORM

Welcome to Suffolk Coastal Port Health Authority’s Quick Resolve form.

This form is intended to speed up the process in actioning consignments that require minimal intervention by the Port Health Authority. 

This is a new automated process that we are testing to make our service quicker and more efficient for our customers. If you encounter any problems with the mechanics of this form, please email port.health@scpha.gov.uk with the subject line “QUICK RESOLVE PROBLEM“.

Please ensure that your documentation is accurate and within the correct fields. Failure to do so will cause a delay in your consignment being actioned.

If sending multiple quick resolve requests, please refresh the page after each submission. 

This form is intended to speed up the process in actioning consignments not subject to official controls but the consignment is on hold.

Please do not use this form for anything subject to official controls (CHEDs, Organics, etc) and general enquiries as these will not be actioned.
