Temporary measures for imports of Plastic Kitchenware from China and Hong Kong during the COVID-19 outbreak

| Back-up option during COVID-19 If you are working at home and do not have the possibility to submit signed PDDs you may submit them unsigned. However, we may ask you to explain why you are not able to sign the PDD. |
- Print the PDD to .pdf
- Make sure you have clear scans of the test reports and of the commercial documents – bill of lading, invoice and packing list.
- Create a .xps or .oxps file of all the required documents – PDD, test report(s) and commercial documents (details on converting documents to .xps are available here)
- Emails the .xps or .oxps to edocs@scpha.gov.uk with the following statement (or similar) in the body of the email:
- Submit the original PDD to us as soon as possible.
